VillageBox producer/seller onboarding agreement
Seller verification, catalogue, product compliance, stock, fulfilment, marketplace terms, data and termination.
Seller onboarding and traceability
The seller provides trader, tax, payout and beneficial-owner information and proves the territorial/product relationship claimed. It maintains product identity, origin, ingredients/materials, allergens/warnings, certification evidence and responsible-person information where applicable.
Catalogue, stock and fulfilment
Descriptions and media must be truthful and licensed. The seller controls variants, price, stock, preparation, packaging, shipping zones, restrictions, delivery evidence, returns and customer communication. Marketplace tools do not transfer these duties.
Commercial terms and curated boxes
The source-draft 15% and 20% commissions are retired. The accepted canonical plan/order shows the current marketplace fee, tax and payout basis. Inclusion in a curated VillageBox requires explicit eligibility, stock and commercial acceptance and cannot silently alter the ordinary catalogue agreement.
Restriction and termination
Unsafe, unlawful, recalled, misleading or unavailable products may be restricted promptly. The seller receives reasons and the applicable review route. Existing orders, recalls, refunds, tax/reporting and data-access duties survive termination where required.
