VillageBox buyer terms
Marketplace roles, trader identity, product information, price, delivery, returns, conformity and support.
Seller and marketplace roles
Each product identifies the seller and trader status. The seller is responsible for the product, labelling, safety, conformity, stock, packaging, tax, delivery and statutory remedies. NomadVillage provides marketplace discovery, order records, configured payment orchestration and support unless explicitly shown as seller.
Order information
Before purchase the buyer sees product and variant, material/ingredients and warnings where applicable, quantity, availability, seller, unit and total price, taxes, shipping cost/method/time, restrictions, returns and the payment obligation button.
Withdrawal, returns and conformity
The flow distinguishes goods subject to withdrawal from lawful exceptions such as certain perishable, sealed or personalised goods. Exceptions require clear pre-contract disclosure. Faulty or non-conforming products remain subject to mandatory remedies regardless of a discretionary return policy.
VillageBox curation
A curated box identifies its seller(s), contents, substitutions, price, delivery and return consequences. Curation or territorial storytelling does not reduce product traceability or seller responsibility.
