Specific conditions for temporary-stay reservations
Reservation request, provider identity, dates, price snapshot, stay rules, arrival, cancellation and disputes.
Pre-contract information
Before the guest becomes bound, the flow identifies the host/trader status, property, dates, capacity, total price and breakdown, deposit if any, cancellation policy, house rules, accessibility, essential connectivity information and complaint channel.
Request, acceptance and payment
A request is not confirmed until the conditions shown in the booking timeline are met. Acceptance, payment authorisation and final confirmation are distinct recorded states. The former fixed 20% guest fee in source drafts is retired; only the live configured breakdown shown before payment applies.
Performance and responsibilities
The host provides the accommodation and remains responsible for legal availability, description, safety, access and support assigned to it. The guest uses the property for the agreed temporary purpose, respects capacity and rules, reports material problems promptly and remains responsible for proven damage under applicable law.
Cancellation, changes and evidence
Date changes require recorded agreement. The policy accepted for the reservation and mandatory law determine cancellation and refunds. Material non-conformity should be documented through support; neither party should be required to disclose unnecessary sensitive data.

Configured service fee: 12.5%. The applicable transaction shows the final breakdown before confirmation.
