Ranking, recommendation and content-moderation transparency
Main ranking parameters, paid influence, review workflow, notices, restrictions and challenge routes.
Discovery and ranking
Search can use relevance to the query and filters, publication state, availability, completeness, data freshness, quality evidence, destination relation, user language and configured ordering. Any paid, featured or contractual influence must be clearly labelled and its relative importance explained.
Moderation and notices
Reports of unlawful or policy-breaching content are assessed consistently, with documented outcome and proportionate action. Where legally required, affected users receive a statement of reasons and an internal complaint route; manifest abuse of reporting or appeals may itself be restricted.
Business-user transparency
Provider terms describe data access, ranking parameters, differentiated treatment, restriction/suspension/termination, changes, complaint handling and mediators where the P2B Regulation applies.
