Property validation and quality annex

Review evidence covers provider authority, licence where applicable, address/coordinates, complete descriptions, media rights, total-price inputs, cancellation choice and contact readiness.

Internet speed, test date/method, router/access limits, mobile backup, desk/chair, lighting, power and quiet-call information must be factual and dated. A badge is conditional and may be withdrawn when evidence becomes stale or inaccurate.

The checklist records pass, conditional pass, remediation or rejection with reasons. It supports moderation but is not a safety certification, property inspection warranty or transfer of provider responsibility.
