General Terms of Platform Use
General rules for accounts, acceptable use, platform roles, content, suspension, liability and changes.
Scope and contracting role
These terms govern access to NomadVillage. Unless a specific order says otherwise, NomadVillage provides a digital intermediation and operational service; the underlying stay, experience, coworking or product contract is made with the identified provider. Mandatory consumer and platform obligations remain unaffected.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only the permissions assigned to their role. Fraud, scraping that disrupts the service, unlawful listings, impersonation, harassment, circumvention of payment controls and publication without sufficient rights are prohibited.
Content, moderation and account decisions
Providers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. NomadVillage may review, restrict or remove content and may suspend an account for a documented legal, safety, fraud, payment or policy reason. Where required, the affected user receives reasons and an opportunity to challenge the decision.
Commercial conditions and changes
Current plans and service fees come from the canonical commercial registry and are shown before commitment at https://nomadvillage.global/en/prices/ and in the relevant checkout or proposal. The transaction snapshot accepted by the parties governs that transaction. Material changes to these terms are notified with the notice required by applicable law; silence or mere continued browsing is not treated as consent where express acceptance is required.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each provider remains responsible for its service, licences, taxes, safety and consumer duties. NomadVillage remains responsible for its own platform and contracted services. Force-majeure and indirect-loss provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
