Payments, payouts and verification notice

Where enabled, Stripe processes payments and connected-account onboarding under its own terms and privacy notice. NomadVillage stores provider identifiers, readiness states, transaction references and reconciliation evidence, not raw card credentials. Identity documents should remain in the hosted verification flow.

Before payment, the payer sees the provider, currency, service amount, taxes and configured fees. The provider sees the expected payout basis. The accepted immutable snapshot, refund history and payment-provider events govern reconciliation; later configuration changes do not rewrite completed transactions.

Identity or business verification confirms only the checks performed by the relevant provider at that time. It does not guarantee service quality, legal compliance, solvency or safety and does not replace platform moderation or user due diligence.
