Host plan, subscription and benefit terms
Published host plans, portfolio limits, commission source, changes and termination.
Canonical plan conditions
The active registry supplies the plan name, monthly or annual price, listing limit, features, badges, eligibility and any plan-specific fee. The accepted subscription and booking snapshots govern; the former Basic, Professional or SuperHost examples in source drafts are not independently binding.
Host obligations
A subscription does not replace property rights, registration, accommodation licences, tax, insurance, safety, consumer, accessibility or data obligations. The host must keep listing, price, availability, rules, internet and amenities accurate and must honour accepted reservations.
Downgrade and termination
A downgrade cannot silently delete active listings or bookings. The dashboard must show the effective date and any limit conflict. Termination preserves transaction, tax, dispute and audit records for their lawful period and provides the applicable data-access route.
Choose the level of service that fits
Only currently published plans appear here. Prices, intervals, features, limits and configured fees come directly from the platform commercial registry.
Configured service fee: 12.5%. The applicable transaction shows the final breakdown before confirmation.
Commercial data is live from the same canonical source used by checkout and subscriptions. Taxes and payment-processing treatment may depend on the service and country.
