Property/host onboarding agreement
The provider agreement for listing, moderation, availability, bookings, payments, data and termination.
Authority and eligibility
The signatory confirms authority to offer the property and contract for the provider, and supplies the trader, licence, tax, insurance and beneficial-owner information applicable to the activity. Verification may be required before publication or payout.
Listing and operational duties
The provider maintains truthful descriptions, media rights, price, availability, minimum stay, amenities, connectivity, accessibility, house rules and contact availability. Calendar integrations assist but do not transfer responsibility for avoiding double booking.
Commercial and platform terms
Subscription, commission, tax treatment and payout timing are taken from the accepted canonical plan/transaction, not this editorial agreement. NomadVillage may moderate listings and record booking operations; material restriction, suspension or termination is reasoned and follows the applicable business-user notice and complaint rules.
Data and termination
The agreement defines access to listing, booking, message, payout and performance data during and after the relationship. Each party handles personal data for its own determined purposes or under a separate processing agreement where required. Existing bookings and mandatory records survive termination as stated.

Only currently published plans appear here. Prices, intervals, features, limits and configured fees come directly from the platform commercial registry.
Configured service fee: 12.5%. The applicable transaction shows the final breakdown before confirmation.
Commercial data is live from the same canonical source used by checkout and subscriptions. Taxes and payment-processing treatment may depend on the service and country.
