Provider status and compliance
The organiser declares its trader status and authority, and remains responsible for licences, tax, insurance, staff, subcontractors, safety, consumer information and lawful processing of participant data.
Catalogue and sessions
Descriptions, images, meeting point, language, duration, capacity, accessibility, age, risks, inclusions, price and availability must be accurate. The organiser manages session changes and participant communication through the recorded flow.
Commercial terms and platform decisions
The applicable plan, fee and payout basis are dynamically disclosed and snapshotted. Publication review is not a safety certification. Restriction, suspension and termination follow documented reasons, notice and complaint/mediation routes where legally required.
