The source drafts used 72-hour, 24-hour and 50% examples. Those values are not global defaults. A published session must reference a configured policy whose windows, amount basis, no-show, organiser cancellation, weather/safety and refund outcome are preserved in the booking snapshot.

Mandatory rights and the main cancellation/refund policy prevail. This annex may only add the transparent service-specific parameters accepted by the participant.
