Coworking operator terms
Marketplace listing, passes, connectivity, capacity, access, payments and the boundary with assessment or management services.
Operating models
A space may join the marketplace, request an activation assessment, use digital/hybrid management or contract full operation. Each proposal states which party controls the premises, staffing, access, safety, users, pricing and service delivery; marketplace participation alone does not include consultancy or management.
Listing and service duties
The operator maintains accurate location, hours, desks/rooms, capacity, passes, measured internet, amenities, accessibility, access instructions, house rules, safety, licences, insurance and incident contact. It honours accepted bookings and records closures promptly.
Commercial source
Public plans, commission and any assessment or management proposal come from their canonical records. They are never inferred from marketing copy. The booking or service proposal snapshot identifies price, tax, payout and responsibilities.
Choose the level of service that fits
