Payments for stays are processed through NomadVillage® as an intermediary. The platform deducts its fees/commissions and transfers the remainder to the host according to the applicable payout schedule.
Taxes (including VAT/IVA) may apply depending on the jurisdiction and on the nature of the service/fee. Where applicable, VAT/IVA is applied to platform commissions/fees rather than the full transaction amount, in line with the intermediary model.

Experiences are offered by local residents or organizers and may include workshops, guided tours, gastronomy, crafts, and traditional events. NomadVillage® facilitates booking and payment processing as an intermediary.
NomadVillage® charges a 20% commission per booking. Payments are typically transferred to organizers after the experience is delivered, subject to dispute/chargeback policies and payment provider rules.
Coworking spaces are located in selected rural communities and offer connectivity, work furniture, and communal areas. Access is provided via subscription plans.
NomadVillage® may charge monthly fees (e.g., €100–€200/month, or as stated on the platform). Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.
The marketplace enables local producers to sell products to digital nomads and external consumers. NomadVillage® is not the manufacturer or the seller unless explicitly stated on the product page, and is not responsible for product quality, shipping times, or logistics, except where mandatory law applies.
NomadVillage® charges a 15% commission per sale. Vendor payouts may occur after buyer confirmation of receipt or in accordance with payment provider and platform policies.
NomadVillage® may act as a mediator in disputes between buyers and sellers. The platform may analyze evidence provided by both parties and suggest solutions. Final resolution may depend on vendor policies and mandatory consumer laws.
These Terms are governed by European Union law and the laws applicable to the service, the user’s location, and the place of performance. Where consumer protection rules are mandatory, they prevail.
Parties agree to seek an amicable solution first (mediation/negotiation). Unless mandatory jurisdiction rules apply, disputes related to the website may be subject to the courts of Murcia, Spain.
