NomadVillage and platform users
Platform access, intermediation and operational services follow the published NomadVillage terms.
Guest and service provider
The underlying stay, activity, workspace or product is supplied by the applicable provider under the accepted conditions.
Provider and Stripe
Connected-account, payment or identity services follow Stripe terms when those flows are enabled.
Territorial entity and NomadVillage
Self-service access and contracted activation, Research or management are distinct scopes.
Payments and settlements
The complete amount, configured fees, applicable taxes and cancellation conditions are displayed before confirmation. Payment credentials remain with the configured regulated provider. Payouts use connected-account flows only where enabled.
Verification, moderation and privacy
Identity, provider, publication and data controls are applied only where relevant.
Publication review
Draft, review and publication states prevent an unreviewed asset from appearing as approved.
KYC and KYB where applicable
Identity or provider requirements use the configured Stripe-hosted flow when required.
Moderation and evidence
Claims, media, sources and eligible reviews retain traceable status.
Privacy by purpose
Operational, research and marketing consent remain distinct and controllable.
